Place a silicone implant between the gland and the muscle to provide the volume desired by the patient. The place to place depends on the size of the breast that the patient has.

Recovery process and time
Relative rest 10 days. Daily use of special bra for 1 month. Exercise restriction for 3 weeks. Outpatient Surgery (You go home the same day as your surgery.)
